Personal Tutoring Institute ("PTI") operates a suite of web services under Personal Tutoring Institute, including but not limited to the Tutor Directory, Online Tutoring Platform, Learning Management System (LMS), Mobile Tutor Apps, Free Content Library, Resources for Tutors, Community Forums, and Advertising Services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act of Trinidad & Tobago, and other applicable laws.

Parental Registration & Consent. By registering for an Account at PTI (the "Service"), you confirm that you are an adult who is the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information will be provided to PTI through this Account. You expressly consent and authorise PTI, its agents and affiliates to: (a) collect, store, process and analyze personal data and educational records of your child as necessary to deliver Services (including attendance, assessment data, progress reports, and communications); (b) use such information to provide and improve PTI products and to communicate product offers to you and to your child where lawful; and (c) share, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, aggregated or anonymized data with third parties for product development and research. You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your child's personal data at any time via the Parent Portal; withdrawal will not retroactively affect lawful processing already completed. PTI will process your child's data in compliance with applicable law and our Children's Privacy Notice.
